Critique Process

When your project is at least 90% complete and includes 100% of the requirements, export it as a jpeg or take a screenshot (png) and complete this critique process:

1. CLASS FACEBOOK CRITIQUE:Post project jpeg or png in the class Facebook group by Tuesday 6:00am MDST. Add critique comments to two or three classmates’ drafts.

2. CLIENT CRITIQUE:View the instructor critique recording posted in Facebook on Tuesday and implement changes to your project. Remember that your instructor is your “client” and your final grade (payment or satisfaction) will reflect how well you follow their critique suggestions.

3. CRITIQUE MEETING: Meet with someone (in person, or Google Hangout, etc.) for a quality critique of your project. Spend at least 5 – 15 min. This can be an appointment with the instructor, tutor/classmate, or anyone.

4. CRITIQUE REPORT:  Write a Critique Report paragraph in your blog post to describe your critique process. Include the following: Who, When, How, and What critique you received and what you changed. List the names of the classmates’ drafts you critiqued on Facebook and who you held a one-on-one critique session with. Also list suggestions about your project from the Instructor Critique Video.
